文摘 研究了灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)CJXN-9802的原生质体形成和影响原生质再生的各因素,其中包括酶,温度,渗透压调节剂和菌龄等.并对灵芝原生质体进行了紫外照射诱变,筛选获得了快速生长的诱变菌株.诱变株之一的灵芝CJXN-980222菌株硒含量有很大的提高,比出发株提高9.4%,生物量比出发株高14.3%.
